From that logic household accoutns should also exist in Brazil. They also take their Nannies on vacation with them.
This is obviously not the logic! Secondly your argument is not plausible at all as I doubt that ALL Brazilians have a Nanny (not to talk of the likelihood that the nanny accompanies them on vacation).
If you want to make an argument about the stated fact at all it, would be: All families having a household help/nanny who joins the family on vacations should be allowed to open a family account.
But this is still not a valid argument if you apply formal logic.
Conclusion: The family program has nothing to do with formal logic but is just a marketing tool.
