The thing that frosts me is that it's their own system's screwup that caused this. I called, I registered, and apparently it didn't take. Worse still, in the process of sorting it out, I was told these miles did count (this was the confusion on F/C/Y/B fares, and due to a numerical coincidence the two mistakes were for almost exactly the same number of miles).
Well, enough ranting. I have sand to pound.
