In case you forgot, OP flight supposed to arrive at 1am. MRT is not running around that time. Not much going on around Chinatown or Orchard Rd either. Some food court do open 24 hrs, but I much rather stay airside be it in SKL, transit hotel or anywhere in T3 during that period just like Guy Betsy suggested.
