Agree -- HGIs in my experience are generally newer, well-managed properties that fulfill expectations more consistently at a lower price point. Full Hiltons are wildly variable properties, sometimes excellent but often shabby, sometimes carelessly managed -- at higher price points.

I have my favorite Hiltons and Black Star ones too, but I have never been disappointed by an HGI...
