Standard of Hilton US vs ROTW

Dear All,
having in the last 2 1/2 weeks spent a few nights at various Hiltons - Copenhagen / Hongkong (Conrad) / Las Vegas / Hawaii (Waikolea) and Honolulu, I must say I am very disappointed with the level of standard provided at the US locations. Copenhagen is good in terms of rooms and lounge - Hongkong is excellent in being forthcoming however Las Vegas was a poor disaster - nothing as service and Hawaii is only slighly better. Maybe I am expecting to much - but at US$ 459 a night at HWV I believe I can expect something beyond empty coffee and no bagels in the lounge / no newspaper / staff that have no idea about reservation policies at the on premises restaurants / bars thatclose at 11 pm wthout last orders or restaurants that will take a meal order at 9:45 pm only to tell at 10:00 p.m. that the bar closes.
Am I expecting to much ?

Am returning to the mainland US and dreading the thought of another two stays.

Appreciate your input.

Cheers

Thomas

BTW - am Diamond.
