Not wanting to deal with ridiculous phone charges, I'm usually pretty careful about identifying any added charges to calls I make. The only time I successfully reversed charges was at the Palm Springs HIlton. I read all their notices before making a 1-2 hour internet dial-up. On checkout, they charged me about $30 because I exceeded 60 minutes in calls. However, there was no mention of this in any documents in my room, so they agreed to remove the charge.
