Less if you are lucky, two months ago I found LAX-ZRH rtn ticket for $250+tax with Kayak and bought it. That less than $0.02/MQM. I know that the fare is not typical but at that rate you could make PM for $1500. Less if you pay with an DL-AMEX card.
