Depends what you mean by England. BA is not the only British airline.

In the nose of a 747 UC on VS so while not the first to exit, it was a relatively fast exit. Walked through to immigration, found no queue at Iris so it was just a walk through after glaring into IRIS. At the luggage carousel, all the UC bags were already going around on the carousel. Picked up bag and walked straight out to the car meeting him.

LHR can achieve this depending on available ground handling crew and the distance from plane to luggage area.

Its whether the airlines arrange for the ground handling crew to be in the right place at the right time. BA just has too many flights at its home base to facilitate this.
