You just need to qualify for E+ at the time of the flight (not at time of getting the ticket). Note however that this is subject to availability, and you need to have access to select those seats (meaning you can probably wait until right before the flight to get the pass - however, you run the likely small risk of e+ being full or not getting the seats you would have preferred in e+).
