OH and I are traveling to ORD via LHR next month in Y on a 767. I have noticed on the seating plan that economy plus is just about empty (4-6 pax listed). My question is do they open up this section for general seat selection to us minions during check-n. I have flown with NWA and they have the same sort of thing, all of the isle seats in the front section are premium cost, until check-in time, then you can just select them for free.
If not, in your view, is it worth the extra $95 each they want for them.
