home base (with a supposedly super-sophisticated, state of the art baggage handling system, remember) the average 'premium' bag advantage is (IIRC) a pathetic 2 (yes, TWO) minutes, it would appear so
As I mentioned on another thread today, new F really had better focus on the ground side in a major way. On its best day (and this is from very recent, very wonderful experience) even the current BA F in the air can be superb IMHO. Yet even on its best day I struggle to recall any BA F trip where I didn't have a ground-based issue of some kind.
