Hi all,

Since I have a paper voucher I usually go to SFO to get my flights, but today I dropped by OAK. I was surprised when they told me they can only "ticket" flights , but I would need to "book" (reserve) it over the phone from United. I'm curious, what's the reasoning behind this? Is OAK just not installed with the right software or staff to make reservations, or did they just not want to deal with me?
