Umm, it's perfectly acceptable to go outside at any airport and re-enter via security. I used to do this sometimes when my flights were ridiculously delayed before I quit smoking. The TSA ID checkers don't even bat an eyelash when you're boarding pass has 5 scribbly thingies on it. Mostly it's "You've been delayed that long huh?"
