To provide an update....
I stayed at the property this week. It is brand new. Smells new. Very clean. It lives up to the Garden Inn concept fully.
The hotel sits on the East side of Rt. 75 at the Bethany Rd. exit. You can't miss it.
As you walk into the lobby - the restaurant is to the left. In the morning there is a continental breakfast (free to Diamonds/Golds) and also a hot buffet for an additional $2. Great food, great price.
I arrived at about 11:30pm. The fellow at the desk was very chipper and friendly. The process was very speedy. My key envelope had two coupons for complimentary water, as well as 3 coupons for the daily breakfast(I'm in for 3 nights).
I had booked an Executive King Whirlpool room for $109. The desk offered me an upgrade to a junior suite, but said I'd lose the whirlpool if I wished to accept it. I opted to keep my confirmed booking, but it was nice that they immediately recognized the status and offered an upgrade.
I got to the room, which had to be about 500 Sq. Feet. Plenty large with a sitting area, work desk, coffee station, and huge bathroom with the whirlpool and a separate shower. The sink vanity was also very large with plenty of room for his and hers stuff.
The whirlpool could have easily fit 2, maybe three people comfortably. Above the tub were french window blinds that open into the living room so you can watch the 27" TV while relaxing in the tub. At the work desk was an outlet for telephone and high-speed connection (free, by the way).
The hotel facilities offer a 24 hour business center, pool, fitness room, and pantry where you can pick up anything you need from toiletrees to snacks. No attendant, you pay at the front desk. This is also where you use the 2 water bottle coupons.
