NWA availability often differs from Orbitz. It's very strange, and I have no idea, why. I have bought on NWA.com and then called for price adjustment for a grand total of three times; twice they honored their best fare guarantee, and once they refused, telling me that it has to be the same fare class. Why don't you just purchase your ticket & see what they do when you call? You can always use the 24-hr cancellation.
