International lounge access, not RCC's, not in the US could easily be worth $50, RCC's are in my opinion not. Moot point for the OP as he is already 1p.
1k is useful in irrops, no question. Would I pay $200 to get there sooner, probably not.
Only the OP can answer if he will get an extra quarter worth of CR-1's by being 1k sooner. Those are worth $200. Anything else would be a bonus, but not worth the cash by themselves.
Also, waitlist priority would only be affected on day of flight waitlists as before then it is FIFO(although it is unclear to me if it is better to move from top of the PB list to bottom of the PA list is better)
