My favorite in regards to the facility itself, DFW. Spacious and while huge easy and quick to get between terminals. Good number of food options and other shops. If you don't have an Admirals Club membership (AA dominating that airport) there are plentity of quite places to hang out while waiting for a flight. Also, it seems that the people in that airport all always polite and orderly.
