SOP is to inform passengers via phone approximately 2 wks before the scheduled flight of any changes. In the mean time it behooves every pax to regularly check their reservations.

Further, if the schedule change is more than 2 hours Delta will allow the pax to make changes without charge.

The procedures are std. for all pax regardless of their status (perceived or actual).
