Hotel/Dining options in Annapolis for one night getaway with Mrs. Dukenilnil?

Probably there for 2 lunches, 1-2 dinners, 1 breakfast, and 1 night.

Unfortunately, we are not seafood eaters, so that probably limits the best of the best restaurants, but we love the water and historic towns so thought Annapolis would be good.

Anything we shouldn't miss while there?
