Back-of-seat viewing on both flights.

LiveTV (free, but will cut out once you start crossing the Pacific, so it'll only work for an hour or so on SLC-OGG) and movies (pay on JFK-SLC, I believe it's free for SLC-OGG due to the limitations on LiveTV).
