The Service is terrible, when I had my afternoon tea in the 'living room', I asked for the menu, the waiter (who seems to be the foreman) literally threw the menu to me. I was so shocked that I cant believe I was sitting in the Park Hyatt.

The View is so-so, it's too high. I prefer Hyatt on the bund,where u can enjoy both the view of the bund and Lujiazui.

The room is too simple to me. The Park Suite King is good.But the Park deluxe king is terrible which makes me feel very cold and uncomfortable.

Maybe it's too new.
