Ok, so i'm new to the EC club... . . .
When I rent a car for this promo do i need to select Emerald Credit or can i select airline miles? In other words, if i choose airline miles instead of car rental credit, will the car rental still count as one of my 2 rentals?

"DOUBLE DIP — credits earned under this promotion are in addition to the rewards and benefits you receive as an Emerald Club member".
what does this mean?
