lbbzman, I'm a Gold so I should have received the lounge access automatically.

I SO like the compliant Hiltons that always have a key for lounge access waiting for you at check-in..

I only go to St. Louis once a year - last year I cancelled my Frontenac reservation and rebooked at the airport Embassy Suites for the same rate - it was a much better experience..
