If the rate was the same for all of the SPG hotels in Bangkok, I'd still pick the PA, though I suspect many here would pick the SGS and a few would pick the Le Meridien. For the same rate, I'd also pick the PA over the Hilton, Conrad, and Grand Hyatt (unless I got a suite at the GH).
If prices at all were the same (and low), I would choose LM because of its location. I prefer being in Silom, although I sense that many here prefer Sukhumvit.
Can anyone answer jaejaez's question on how Gold members are recognized at PA (or at any of the BKK *wood hotels?
