Just got a Citicard offer in the mail 1.5 miles per $1. It was targeted. You had to call a number and enter a very long invite number and it had the last 4 digits of the CC applicable just above the invite #. I have both the Biz MC and personal MC. This was for my personal MC.

Called the CS # on the back of the card after registering. He was able to see that I had enrolled. Terms, according to him, were from 08/01 - 10/31/2009 (start date was not on the promo), unlimited miles (exempt from the 100k non-elite cap), bonus miles may take up to 8 weeks to post from statement date. Miles retroactive to promo start date from date of enrollment as well.
