Being intimately familiar with my home LAX airport, it's very easy to walk from T4 to TomBradley. I've done it a couple of times. They're right next to each other and as far as I'm concerned, the walk is shorter distance than some same terminal connections i've had to make (I'm looking at you, O'hare and Detroit!).
