Has anyone stayed in the suites yet? I booked in January at the 15K piont rate and my stay is coming up in a couple weeks, 8-21 to 8-24.
As I specifically asked for 2 twin bed room type, I was given the Queens suite on my April-May 2009 Pointbreak stay. It is the suite with Queens view, although I could still have Manhattan view if I peeked from the edge, as the room is located adjacent to Manhattan suite.

Although there are still more rooms for improvements, I agree that this HI is one of the best for award redemption. Cannot comment on the neighbourhood, but it has a very easy access to downton.
