I think Pre Travel Support would soon get swamped if this was the case Goldcircle, possibly removing a valuable escalation point for us all.

xcalx, I would doubt you would have any trouble with your particular MAN-ZRH leg, if 30kilos is all you need (which is a fairly substantial amount of stuff!). 30kg is the standard baggage allowance for intra-europe business class published by SWISS which their handling agent will be working off anyway. Complications only really arise when the piece and weight concepts come into conflict on one ticket.
