Hypotheical question. I am staying in Manhatten, extactly half way between JFK and EWR, which is the most convienent airport to get to using public transportation? Or which do you prefer?
Where in Manhattan? It matters.
In any event, the train doesn't stop right "in front" of EWR - you have to take an airtrain monorail type shuttle to get to the Newark Airport train station, where you transfer to regular rail. JFK has something very similar that takes you to Jamaica station but also has some good subway options if you are staying in certain areas of NYC.
