Just came back from a Northern Europe destination and the CE meal was salmon & couscous. It was nice and the salmon was so large I couldn't eat it all. Plenty of bread rolls, wine and champagne still on offer, so the only change I could see was a bar of chocolate for dessert (and very nice it was too )
