Overall a pretty average stay. The hotel was the usual standard of Holiday Inn Expresses in decor. Lounge area was quite pleasant and separate area for breakfast. Location wasn't brilliant though - in a student area a good 20 minutes walk into the city centre adn 25 minutes walk to Headingley Carnegie. Hardly any amenities close by. I wouldn't stay here again as the location was so poor.
