I'm going to apply for one of these and I have a couple of questions relating to Paypal. Firstly, I also have a bank account linked to my Paypal account - how do I ensure that the money comes from my Amex (now my primary card on my account) and not the bank account and secondly don't Paypal charge a fee or doesn't it apply in this case.
