Same experience - returning the car the rep walked right up to the damaged area. It was invisible from a casual inspection, so the rep must have known what to look for. Mine was also minor enough that I felt I had an argument for normal wear and tear even if it had been my fault. Worst thing about this is even after they take your money there's no guarantee that they fix it - more likely just con the next guy too.
