Question OneWorld award to India via Europe and back via the Pacific

Hi all, am planning the following with an OW130C award for 3 folks for Summer 2010 (any 2 month range between June and August will work):

SFO -> ORD -> DUB//LHR -> MAA/BLR -> HKG -> SFO

I can also do it the other way around if J class availability is easier that way:

SFO -> HKG -> MAA/BLR -> LHR//DUB -> ORD -> SFO

Targeting AA metal for SFO -> ORD -> either DUB or LHR (if flying into DUB, open jaw here to LHR given Aer Lingus's departure from OW )

BA for LHR -> either MAA or BLR in India

Then, CX/KA for MAA/BLR -> HKG respectively and
CX for HKG -> SFO

Do these seem doable? If I got my mile counting right, this will be just under the 20,000 routing miles cap for this award level.

As of now, AA.com doesn't show any J class availability from ORD to either DUB or LHR for next June/July. Is this likely to change early next year? Or, should I try something different such as flying through YYZ (which would mean one additional hop as there's no OW direct between SFO and YYZ)?

How about CX availability between SFO and HKG and HKG to India? I registered as an Asia miles member with CX and tried looking through their award inventory but, no availability there as of now!

As an alternative for the Pacific leg, I can fly JAL from SFO->NRT->DEL and then, BA for DEL->LHR. JAL seems to have more availability as per their website.

Any suggestions will be appreciated! Thanks!
