Now... this is something that to me, go hand in hand... To a certain extent on the interior, but more so, the exterior of the aircraft. There are one or two BA birds (and I am referring to aircraft, not crew) flying around, that could do with a little bit of a touch up, but on the whole, the aircraft appearance on the outside is reasonably good...

...and really do not think that it instills a sense of confidence in the airframe its self... Just wondering how people, or if people, in their minds, link appearance with their thoughts on safety...?
