Do you really believe that Kempinski is giving free rooms to LH first class customers and that LH first class customers have not paid LH for first class treatment? In the case of FRA and MUC flights to and via FRA, this includes that of this advertised day room/arrivals benefit.
When the shuttle service is so limited as to make LH first class customers wait an hour or more to get to the hotel and then the hotel says that there is no available shuttle service to return to the airport over a five hour window, there really is quite a bit more to be expected than this.
