Hi Banking Scot

The day after the flight before is always a bad one for me so I've not written up my experiences yet. But yes, I did indeed get a lovely "Rehydration Treatment" in the Galleries South spa after my arrival from ORD and before departing to the rather less stunning sights of NCL... I showed the ladies at the spa reception desk both my ORD boarding pass and my NCL one and they said straight away with no discussion or consultations: "Come back at 14.15 for your treatment."

I wasn't aware that this was anything out of the ordinary, especially as the treatment description specifically said along lines of "refresh your skin after a long haul flight...?" Could it have been because I went straight through security to Galleries and didn't visit the Arrivals Lounge due to getting a bit befuddled up along the way?

Apropos of nothing - the strong massage treatment on the chair was lovely but the way it gripped my calves so tightly made me feel I was submitting myself to some kind of bondage device. (Perhaps that's why BA is preferred by so many MPs? )
