whats wrong with that?!

limited hotel shuttle service, hotel chooses paying guest (or maybe their own elites) over someone who stays there for "free", they even offer you to take you early, what more do you expect?

pretty straight forward one might think...
Perhaps I have finally identified the benefit of having the Private Concierge card ? Ride to the airport perhaps possible if using a dayroom ?
