ZBT, Z6H etc. Various combos tried the week of August 22nd-29th.

I'm aware the hotel is not on the Participating Hotels for these promos - my question is why? ZBT specifically mentions "Valid at hotels in US/Canada/South America / etc...." Last time I checked (about 3 months ago, this stuff changes...) Sao Paulo is in South America!
