I read in the UK press that BAA has just been fined several hundred thousand ££'s because they have not met their target of 95% of flights embarking or unloading at the new T5 jetways. I also read that they have paid over 500k in fines this year because they haven't met performance tragets at other terminals too. What a shame that ADP is not similarily fined. It's about time that they had performance targets like that, we might just then get some customer service out of them

95 % ?? Is it for long haul flights, or all flights ?
I connected twice at LHR in June and July, the 2 CDG-LHR and LHR-CDG flights were by bus
Maybe linked to the fact it was the last flight from CDG and first flight to CDG for the day.
Things were efficiently managed (no bus waiting "à la CDG") but the bus trip was quite long.
