Would by chance the Chief bus manager at AF been promoted Chief of Eco cabin comfort and, due to the great success of this sardin-like feeling concept ("so appreciated by our passengers that they now prefer boarding by bus than using a jetway") decided to apply it to the 777 also ?
I read in the UK press that BAA has just been fined several hundred thousand ££'s because they have not met their target of 95% of flights embarking or unloading at the new T5 jetways. I also read that they have paid over 500k in fines this year because they haven't met performance tragets at other terminals too. What a shame that ADP is not similarily fined. It's about time that they had performance targets like that, we might just then get some customer service out of them
