I'll be arriving from GMT+2 so not so bad for me and anytime is a good time for a fine Champagne. And while I do respect the Bolly, I also love a good Mimosa. If the OJ is fresh and the Champagne is of good quality, I will readily commit the sin of mixing them. The thing is, OJ with a poor Champagne is just not a good idea. However I will make a compromise. I will drink at least one flute of Bolly's
nature, followed by the Mimosa.
