In this case even if done properly the ticket would have an allowance of 30kg on FRA-LHR and 2pcs on LHR-AKL. What is the check in agent supposed to do in FRA? Do they look at the allowance for the first sector or that of the latter sector? Should the most generous apply to the whole booking?
