First I was told by two staff members that there is no elite check-in (which there was on the 27th floor). At the HHonors check-in I was ignored. Proceeded to the regular check-in, had booked a room on hilton.com promo code PB (includes $20 food credit). The agent had never heard of that promotion and it was not in her computer (How couldn't it be?) I was then asked to pronounce my international street adress three times. When I inquired as to why she said she couldn't pronounce it. So? When will she ever have to pronounce my street adress?!

Ordered a fruit & cheese platter and a pecan tart a la mode from room service. When I asked how come there was no cheese on the fruit & cheese platter they reluctantly sent up one(!) slice of cheese. There was no ice cream with the pie.

Exec rooms fairly basic, no sitting area but did enjoy the loudspeaker in the bathroom. Nice lounge, very nice fitness center, good location.

What lacks at this hotel is the staff quality- they are rude, incompetent, very unsophisticated. I realize this is not a luxury hotel but the downscale staff is just too down.
