An agent could probably book them for you, but it would be much cheaper to buy in person if your schedule allows.

MAV actually has online booking (at least the Hungarian site - I couldn't find it on the English version) but seems a bit clumsy - you need to register, than buy your ticket, than you get a 10-digit code and you'll need to pick up your tix at a kiosk the station
