And there are also very clearly written signs on the tables in the smoking area asking people not to smoke cigars nor pipes (and to use the cigar bar on the 8th floor instead). In spite of this there was a group of loud Australians smoking up a cigar storm that filled the lounge with stench (as the ceilings are incredible low in the entire property). This occurred during the BOTH occasions I tried to use the lounge. I asked the lounge attendant woman about it and she said there was NOTHING she could do (in spite of the signs). That on top of the fact that the lounge has WAY too many chairs/tables jammed into it totally turned me off the lounge.
For those who thing its good, try the lounge at the Mandarin in KL, it is paradise.
