It's well-known that hfly is difficult to satisfy, but his smoky lounge complaint puzzles me. The smoking portion of the lounge is well away from the non-smoking portion (separated by a wall and at least 10-12 feet), and I certainly never saw anyone not respecting the non-smoking area.
