You should probably wait until after October 27 before shelling out on E+. I think your CO plat at that point will give you *A gold benefits, which doesn't usually get you E+, but its probably worth waiting until after they announce the partnership details anyway.
Fair point, but in the meantime, I'm trying to find a way that UA will even LET ME shell out the bucks for E+
It appears they won't sell me E+ since I booked their flight through NZ.
