as a chick traveling alone i dont feel safe in this area. too much construction and too close to chinatown for me to feel safe wandering around. for location i prefer copley square - there's a FS and a CY right there. or on the other end there's long wharf.

but for the most part, i always stay at the renaissance on the waterfront b/c the hotel and staff are fabulous.
