I was in Helsinki in November and really had a great time here. I was a little apprehensive at first but soon settled in and enjoyed the authentic experience. Not that Lapin Kulta is the best beer in the world but it was nice to relax with one for One Euro post-sauna. Also flipped through an Aku Ankka (Donald Duck) comic afterwards to feel like I was being authentically Finnish
Highly recommended. Cheap and easy to walk to from the Sörnäinen metro station.
